On Trend: Leopard Print

I’m not totally sure how to limit this blog to only five pieces since leopard/cheetah print has EXPLODED! It’s absolutely everywhere. Yes, we expect to see it in blouses and dresses but it’s also popping on sunglasses, bags, shoes, skirts, pants…seriously everywhere.

For the sake of this blog, I’m going to stick to pieces that are a little bit unexpected and different just to showcase some different leopard-print options. But just because I’m not focusing on leopard dresses or blouses doesn’t mean that they’re not totally on trend, because they are.

When it comes to pairing your leopard print pieces – you can never go wrong with basic black. Denim is also a great pairing.

So here are some of my favourite leopard print pieces, all available at Coquitlam Centre.

Pumps

Aldo's most popular pump goes wild! Turn these over for an extra surprise - leopard print soles!

Stessy Patent Pumps available at Aldo $90*

Faux Fur Jacket

I mean if you're gonna go faux fur...you might as well go full-on leopard print. Don't worry, not a single leopard was harmed in the making of this jacket.

Available at H&M $109*

Booties

Spice up your everyday ensemble with these leopard print booties. Designed using a furry textured upper (don't worry it's not actually leopard fur), these western-inspired booties feature dual side zip closures, a lightly cushioned insole and a durable outsole with a low block heel.

Sam Edelman Walden Luggage Bootie available at Town Shoes $250*

Clutch

Embrace your wild side with this vegan faux fur fold-over clutch. It also comes with a detachable gold chain strap turning it into a shoulder bag.

Jillian Harris for Privilege available at Privilege $78

Mini Skirt

I think this is technically cheetah but let's just say it's close enough! Pair with an oversized turtleneck sweater and booties for a casual yet stylish look.

Available at Dynamite $29.95*

Will you embrace your wild side this Fall?
